Lightweight
The byACRE Carbon Ultralight walker is the lightest walker on wheels in the world. At just over 10 pounds, it weighs the same as a bag of sugar....and just as sweet!
Even though it is lightweight, it remains sturdy and reliable.
Promotes Good Posture
The adjustable ergonomic handles and folding seat placement is designed to allow the user to stand and walk inside the frame, supporting an upright posture and safer stride.
The unique style entices the user to walk with a more poised posture, rather than the "shopping cart" style associated with many other walkers where the user arches and leans into the frame. While other walkers tend to be pushed in front which makes the user bend over, the byACRE walker frames the user as they move. A person walking without a mobility aid has their arms at their side rather than pushing out in front of them, so the Ultralight aims to allow the users to keep their hands closer to their side and take pressure off the wrists.
Reassuring Brakes
The brakes are designed with similarities to the tried and true bike brake system, providing the option of full braking to sit or lean safely while also allowing for a gradual brake to move more slowly when needed.
The brake cables are hidden inside the frame to avoid the cables catching on anything and to enhance the attractive design. This means you avoid unexpected maintenance expenses which can cost $100 to repair a brake cable.
Folds Flat
The Ultralight folds flat, making it seamless to fit in the trunk or backseat of your car, or on a plane. The built-in seat allows you to take a rest whenever you need and stays attached when you fold the walker.
The weight of the walker gives you the possibility of folding it with one arm.
Trusty Tires
Along with being puncture-proof, the 8" tires are shock absorbing which takes the strains off of your wrists on more challenging terrain such as cobblestones.
Curb Lifters
There are two discreet curb lifters built into the frame, allowing you to easily navigate raised curbs in your neighbourhood.
What is in the box?
The Ultralight comes with an organizer bag to hold belongings and can be attached to the walker, or used separately. When the Ultralight is folded and stored, the bag does not need to be removed.
It comes with a shoulder strap so can be carried effortlessly when not attached to the walker.
Two elastic locking loops are provided to keep the frame safely closed, ideal for when taking in and out of the trunk of your car.
When you receive your byACRE Ultralight, you will not need to waste any time putting it together. It comes fully assembled and ready to roll!

What’s my size?
The Ultralight is available in three seat widths - compact, regular, and wide. It is important to remember that these are European sizes, so when in doubt, opt for the wider option as you won't notice the difference visually.
On average, 52% of our American customers purchase a wide track, 38% a regular track, and 10% compact.

Handle Height
The height of the handles is meant to match the height of your wrists when standing.
Seat Height
Check which seat height will be best by testing chairs of similar heights.
Seat Width
When moving up and down from the seat, it is best if your hip width is less than the width between the handles. If it is narrow around the handles, it is still usable but may require some shimmying to find the most comfortable position.

We don’t take insurance directly but what our customers have previously done is purchase the walker and then reclaim it from the insurance company e.g. Medicare, Blue Cross etc.
