We offer shipping to customers across the United States.

We offer free shipping to Hawaii on accessories but there is an additional cost to ship a rollator. As the shipping rates fluctuate, the best way to get that shipping rate is when you checkout.

Handling Times

Orders placed before 3pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a Sunday will dispatch the next working day.

Shipping Times

We use UPS to ship the walkers and USPS for the accessories. On average the package will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days after the order has been placed, unless stated otherwise. 

Order Procedure

 

Once you have placed an order with us, you will be receive a receipt and order confirmation to your email address that is associated with the order.   

Once we ship the item, you will receive and email which contains the tracking details so you can monitor the progress of you delivery all the way to your door. 

Receipt

If you suspect the item has been damaged in transit please sign the delivery note as 'damaged'.  It is important to keep the packaging and contact us asap with as much information as possible.  Please make sure to note “damaged” when signing for the delivery of any damaged product  

Legal Note

When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is despatched, until which time Let's Roll Mobility are entitled to withdraw the offer.

Let's Roll Mobility will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
