Good service

Had a problem with walker seat. Customer service was quick and efficient and I was able to repair the seat with limited tools and mechanical ability. Wish you had a location in Irvine.

Excellent service

I promptly misplaced the little elastic locks that came with my rollator. I called Amelia to see if I could get replacements. She was right on it and I received them in a couple of days. I highly recommend Let’s Roll Mobility for their outstanding products and service. Thanks, Amelia!

Scarce but Knotted

Glad to find these still in stock. The issue is that they are supposed to remain knotted when they are put on the pegs of the ByAcre rollator. No way to tell otherwise. Lesson learned!

❤️Acer is a wonderful walker!!!!

I looked and looked and researched walkers for quite awhile wanting one that looked less medical yet met my walking, sitting, and light weight transport needs.
When I saw this I knew it was perfect! It kinda reminds me of the "Nike Swoosh" logo! Very sporty looking! When I'm using it, it meets all my medical needs and does not look like the medical bulky ones that make me feel almost more handicapped looking than I am. I think it's "stylish" and so easy to open and close. It does not delay me, alone in the parking areas, putting it away where I feel so vulnerable also. It is the BEST and there are accessories for it if you want a back rest, assorted carry bags, etc. What more could I ever say...and ONLY ACER HAS IT!!!!! My Physical Therapists love it, and enjoy telling their patients now about it as they are great advisors to direct patients to new walker styles!! Get it...you won't be sorry at all!!!! ❤️

byACRE rollators don't take insurance directly but Let's Roll Mobility will work with our customers to reclaim the purchase from the insurance company (e.g., Medicare, Blue Cross, etc.). We then provide the customer with an official invoice suited to the insurance company. The customer then submits that to their insurance company for reimbursement/partial reimbursement.

We do also accept Health Savings (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) as payment.

  • Legitimacy of manufacturer's warranty - All of our walkers are brand new and we will own an warranty claims should they occur.
  • You aren't dealing with a faceless-entity, we are a trustworthy family business who care.
  • When you have a question, or a more importantly a problem, we have first hand knowledge of the walkers, Amazon's call center won't.

  • You avoid the risk of receiving a previously returned rollator that could have defects and missing items.
