Once again, Let’s Roll Mobility goes above & beyond with both service and product! I had an issue (of my doing) and this company immediately and very pleasantly came to the rescue with a complimentary fix! This is so rare today! They are a small company that has proven that they are earnest and honorable!

I really love my quite new Let’s roll rolator . I now can enjoy having more exercise and join in activities with friends and family.

Just beginning my journey with a rollator due to osteoarthritis. stenosis and balance issues. Stability, versatility and ease of transport were all important to me. Yes, my hands and body feel better with real wheels and shocks when I go for my walk. The Overland is lighter,wider and more agile. Brakes are better too. Also fits my height better. My cardiologist was extremely pleased with it.(I used to be his oldest bike riding patient.) He googled it during my office visit. I know it’s costly but I need something to help prevent falling while walking. It builds confidence.

Buying this was the best move I have ever made. I am out and about so much more. It wheels like a dream. So easy. And talk about the admiring glances it gets. I have been asked about it many times when I am walking. Its upscale stylish design is what sold me.

It truly has made a difference in my life.

I never expected the wonderful service that I have gotten so far. Sam has been wonderfully patient with my wife and I and that certainly makes a difference. Roll On!

This is probably not your fault, because you make this purchase from the manufacturer. But I want to let you know that the touchup paint does not match my oyster Rollator. I will contact customer service also

The Acre Rollator is the best.

There are so many good things to say about the Acre rollaters. I own one for the house (smaller wheels) and one for my walks. I have gone from 300-400 steps to 3000-4000 steps most of which come from a morning walk with the rollater. Great thoughtful product which is easy to manage and draws interest from others.

Easy to order from and delivered all the goods right on time! Will use them again.

I purchased the byAcre Overland (wide) and am pleased with it so far, although with limited use due to snowy weather. It makes walking on asphalt streets or other uneven surfaces much easier. And I'm glad I bought the wide version as I do feel it allows me to walk within the wheels and I'm thus more able to walk upright without leaning over. I would give the rollator alone 5*. However, I purchased the back support and strongly recommend against it. It's far too low on my back (and I'm short) and the extremely glossy, smooth finish means that when I do lean against it, the back support just moves downward toward my butt. It's pretty worthless. Making it out of a different material would help but in general it somehow needs to be mounted higher.

Have only had my Roller for about a week. It is FANTASTIC! I am 5’3” tall & weight 160 lbs. I live in a smallish 1 bedroom apartment & have no issues getting around. I did not have to rearrange furniture or anything. Loved that it came out of the box ready to go where ever I need to. Ordered from this company after a lot of research because I wanted a to be sure I could reach them by phone or email. Lots of great videos to show you about it too. Like that there are attachments and most important to me, that all the parts such as wheels, handle bars, brakes & parts that can wear out are replaceable. Plan on using it a very long time. Also very important to me is the fact it only weights 10.6 lbs. I want to be able to get it on & out of a car on my own. I as I do not drive & use public transportation & Lyft. There are a lot of beautiful colors to choose from too.

Hard to get on, but worth the effort.

My recent can holder purchase arrived very promptly and was easy to install. I did consult the video on the byAcre website and it would be a good idea to let buyers of the cane holder know about that short video.

More importantly, I love my new walker. It’s light weight makes it so easy to lift out of my trunk that I find that I am using it much more than I thought I would. I’ve adjusted the handles properly to align with my wrists and am getting more used to walking erectly as one is supposed to do.

What I like the most about my new walker is the feeling of freedom it gives me knowing that I can go anywhere I like without worrying whether I am going to far and it would be hard on my back to return. Before I bought the walker my walking was severely limited.

This place is awesome. The customer service was the best and it is family owned. No hassle no fuss. They walked me through the entire order. Sam was a peach to work with. Would highly recommend this company. On top of it all they are located in the US. This is the only walker that you truly stand straight up with. The byACRE walker is worth the investment. So light and easy to fold up. Love them and the service was first class. I would only recommend their product and company. ❤️ I love my ByAcre Walker!!!
