I loved the grocery bag. It was easy to attach it to the ACRE rollator. For the the many people who need directions on how to attach the grocery bag, perhaps simple directions might help.

I bought the rollator for my husband who will have balance issues forever with both ankles containing steel rods. He calls it his 2nd best girlfriend and named her Betsy. He could be a ambassador for rollator because he cannot help but extol your virtues to anyone and everyone.

I had conversations with Amelia three times and she is very helpful and dedicated to making sure your oder is exactly what a person needs. Impressed
I have been very impressed with my interactions with Let’s Roll. Had I been aware of you earlier I would have purchased my Carbon Light from you. The response time in sending the elastic locks was wonderful. When I am stopped and asked about the rollator I direct them to you, unfortunately I think the distance is an issue for most. I do tell them that shipping is available and very timely.
Broken Cable for Nordic Pioneer ![User picture]()
only cable available on your site was generic cable for ultralight and Overland models of ByAcre rollators. I needed one specifically for the Nordic Pioneer model; so I ordered it from ByAcre USA.
Hi William, thank you for your feedback. At this stage, we only sell the Ultralight and Overland rollators from byACRE, which is the reason we only stock and sell the brake cable for those two models.
Sam helped me out and did what the company says it will do. Everything went smooth from states away. Thank you for helping me as I try to recover mobility…after stoke! Appreciate good people!
A Game Changer
My husband was using a standard aluminum rollator walker and it was functional but a bit clumsy and heavy. His new byAcre Ultralight Rollator is so light and easy to use that it makes using it both inside & outside our home so much easier. It came all setup & adjustments to the height of the legs can be made in seconds. Folding this up to take with us takes only a minute and it is so light and compact when folded that we can fit this into the backseat of our SUV.

Travel bag is easier to use than expected. The instructional video is clear and easy to follow.
Cutting Through the Maze
Let’s Roll answered questions simply without the usual trying to sell you more stuff. They explained the walker with precision. And more importantly how to put together the information needed to submit a claim to Medicare. The walker arrived as promised and was immediately put to positive use. Thanks.

Your serial number will begin with COGR. Having said that, before we shipped the Overland to you, we made a note of the entire serial number, so there is no further action needed on your end. We look after all warranty claims for you.

I am very happy with the Ultralight. It’s easy to move into the car, it’s strong and supportive, and it helps me maintain good posture. The attention from Let’s Roll Mobility was excellent. You kept your promises; it doesn’t get any better than that.
Great rolator
This later is very lite. It is easy to put in the car and to travel with. Well built and good looking. Not so medical.
Looking forward to using water bottle holder on my next walk.

Makes transition easy
I’m just starting to use a rollator, and this Ultralight will make it easy — looks sharp, moves well, light enough to go anywhere. Great purchasing experience!
Easy Rolling
Love my little pink walker! So much easier to maneuver and less pressure on my arms. Very easy to close and lift into the car. Highly recommend!
Not in love
I am not happy with the Overland. I am sure it is in part because of my expectations of it. Despite its weight, it is bulky and difficult to manage. It does not fit in my car easily-though I admit that my car is not large. I think I would be much better suited to an Ultralight. I suppose this means I am stuck selling my Overland on the open market. It has had about .01% of use.

We assume you are referring to the backrest that was part of your order.

Hopefully that helps you get it installed correctly and in turn provide more comfort.

Wow, this is a life-changing mobility device. I had been using another type of rollator about 2 years and it was very helpful in making journeys less scary. I had seen the Overland and recognized it was next level. I participate in an annual week long event held in the woods. Bumping along in a standard rollator, stopping to pull out twigs and leaves while feeling every rock and stick was a major downside. My posture using the Overland is straighter and strides are rock stable. Delivery was swift. The box arrived with all seals broken. Thankfully, it was intact with no damage! I think packaging is an issue of the manufacturer not Let's Roll.
