Let’s Roll Mobility is the kind of company you want to deal with. I left a message and they responded to my call immediately. Brooke was so knowledgeable about the Rollator. All my questions were answered. Ordered on a Friday and got it on Tuesday. As soon as I took it out of the box, I fell in love with it. It’s so sleek and lightweight. I am exchanging it for the wider one. Brooke helped me through the return and exchange process! It’s not in stock so we’ll have to wait till I get it. But it’s worth waiting for I am so happy with this Acre Rollator and Let’s Roll Mobility!

Not too big and not too small. Will hold a large purse if you don’t feel like carrying it and even a folded cane or umbrella. A few essentials at the grocery store if needed. A bit expensive but fits my UL nicely and carries a seat cushion with me to the dialysis.center where I have to sit in one position for several hours. Happy with purchase.

Had both 3 and 4 wheelers before. Never felt satisfied or safe. The Acorn ultralight feels safer. It’s lighter, easier to maneuver and manage. Reversed handles helps better posture. Hidden brake wires looks less “handicapped “.

I just received my third rollator from let’s roll mobility which makes 2 ultralights and 1 overland. I keep 1 ultralight in my car for errands, etc., the overland is for walking outside, and the second ultralight is for using inside the house. They are well designed, lightweight, easy to fold and unfold and get in and out of the car. I love that you can pull up on the seat to make it narrower when you need to get through a smaller space. The customer service from let’s roll mobility is excellent. Sam, Amelia, and Brooke are very helpful and will go above and beyond to get you the rollator that you need.

I bought a 3 pack of your “Let’s Roll” and they are unusable as they are too small and do not stretch enough. I am disappointed.

My “Ferrari” is light , smooth wheeling . Only 1 con, the back rest is too low. Aside from that, hoping for a solution, I would definitely recommend it

Once I finally decided that the ByAcre Carbon Ultralight (UL) was what I needed/wanted, it could not get here fast enough. As my title says, Miss Scarlet is the best choice I’ve made in a long time. I decided to order from Let’s Roll Mobility because I was most interested in customer service support and they seemed to fit that criteria. I haven’t been disappointed in the company or product.

I chose the UL because I already had a rollator that would work outside in other terrain. I really wanted a lightweight one I could easily take with me in the car, to appointments etc. etc. I love the UL and foresee a long and happy relationship. It’s helping me feel more confident in my journeys.

My rollator arrived within 5 days. It was quick and in great condition. I was able to register it for the warranty quickly and easily.
The rollator, itself, was just as advertised. I haven't used it yet but I have no doubt about it's quality.

Evcellent design, manufacture and sales service. However it arrived missing the “included multi-tool” described on page 5 of the Quickstart & Care Guide. I hope it is included in the took kit I have on order.

Received my byACRE carbon ultralight rollator yesterday. Very smooth “ride”/“walk-assist”. I’m barely over 5 feet & the fit is perfect. Couldn’t imagine having to use one of those ‘old-school’ walkers… this is both fashionable & lightweight. Customer service was outstanding. Thanks

So far I really like it. Nothing to assemble.
Very easy to use. Can lift it easily over curbs,
etc. Rolls smoothly and easily. It’s attractive.
It improves my posture. It helps me walk with much less pain. It helps me walk faster.. I can mow keep up with my neighbors on neighborhood walks. It is fun to have.

Let’s Roll Mobility has a really good website that answered most of my questions. They were also easy to talk to over the phone for other questions I had. They made purchasing this rollator very easy.

byACRE Carbon Overland Offroad Walker

I do love my new ultralight byAcre rollator. I don't want to seem vain but it is pretty, sleek, modern and something I'm not embarrassed to use. I expect to go more places and do more things because it's so nice, smooth and easy to handle. Before, I would not go some places because my old walker was so clunky and ugly.

It was a pleasure dealing with your company and you made everything easy. I received it very quickly and it came with a hand written thank you note! I would totally recommend the ultralight and your company to anyone who wished for more stable mobility.

I purchased the Champagne Gold byACRE Carbon Ultralight Walker and am thrilled with it! I used it around my home for the first week to get a good feel for it. It is very light weight, maneuverable, turns easily and is comfortable to sit in. I took it on a trip for the first time today and it was excellent in safely getting me about the airport. My bad, though … I did not know there was an instructional video for placing the walker in the travel bag that I purchased. I highly recommend that video that specifies you must lower the arms on the walker. Then the walker fits snuggly in the bag.
Overall the I highly recommend the product as well as the staff and owners. Huge thumbs up. You can not go wrong with the byACRE Carbon Ultralight Walker!

My wife uses the elastic travel lock to hold her water bottle, just slip it over the cap and she is good to go:

The brakes will not stop the rollator, just slow it down considerably. It is possible to move while standing or sitting with the brakes locked.
The cane holder’s top fixture does not securely lock into place, making it easy to become dislodged and even lost if you don’t notice when happens.
I bought it for the 10.6 pound weight, which allows me stability of lifting the rollator in and out of my car with one arm, while using the other arm to stabilize myself. It’s much safer than heavier rollators that require both arms to lift them if you are alone.

Easy to use…’Goldilocks’ looks good as new.

The byACRE Carbon Overland Offroad Walker has truly given me my freedom back! I can now explore the world again with confidence, walking through grass, gravel, and uneven terrain without the constant fear of falling. I was able to install the cup holder with no problem. But when I added the cup holder to the rollator I never heard a click. Is that a problem? By the way, I love my rollator. 👍

After spending time researching the best rollator that would be suitable for European travel, I found the byAcre Ultralight. I purchased it from Let's Roll Mobility, and could not be more pleased -- with the purchase as well as the customer service. I was fortunate to be able to make the purchase in person and meet Sam, Amelia, and Brooke. They all were so helpful. (Most of their business is via mail, but if you live in Southern California, it is nice to be able to go in person.) I love my new black Ultralight -- I also purchased several of the bags as well as the travel bag, and am now set to go on my trip to Italy. No worries about the cobblestone streets! I so appreciate that Let's Roll Mobility is a small family-run business, and I would highly recommend that buyers use them rather than go through Amazon or even byAcre itself. The customer service at Let's Roll Mobility is exemplary -- you will never get that with an Amazon purchase for such a specialized mobility item. If you are hesitating about investing in a byAcre rollator ... don't! These are beautifully designed devices that could change your life!

Bought it for my wife,. She loves how much easier for to get around. I like how light it is to put in to the car when we go out.

Planning to buy from Amazon, I called “Let’s Move” by mistake and “Brooke”asked me several questions. I was going to get the medium tract since im 5’4” and weigh 150. She suggested the “large” size since the ByAcre rollator is sized for Europeans, and the seat is smaller than usual. Very important since there is a return fee she said. However, even considering the return fee it was less than Amazon with Lets Roll’s discount on the rollator and $10 discount on any products purchased. To my delight, the backrest was installed by them (which can be tricky) and it is also possible I will get a partial reimbursement because of my disability. Excellent service from a family-owed business!
