In using for a while now over a week extremely comfortable to walk with love the lightweight recommended to anybody being a war vet the one issued was very heavy and clumsy this one is like driving a Cadillac

Terrific service. The wheel arrived quickly. We were challenged by the screw to remove the broken one. A kind young man at a bike shop was able to replace it with ease..

I will give you 5 stars overall with the big positives surrounding "mobility" I've never gotten around so well or with such effortless ease. My one negative is with the overall size. I can't get through my bathroom door for the width and the length is such that some folks can't get around me at the therapy center unless I parallel park. I've gotten rave reviews on it for all. I couldn't be happier!

These bands do the job holding the sides together when you fold the rollator. However they are easy to lose so one needs to check frequently to be certain you didn’t lose them. When I put the carrier bag on, the bands are on the outside of the little knob to carry the bag and the bands and they then come off easily. I will try putting them on first, then the carrier bag to see if it works better.

The travel lock is a necessity for those with Acre rollators. Worth every penny.

The case for the ultralight worked great on two plane trips today from Virginia to Sint Maarten.

Although I never envisioned using a rollator, ever, it is quite a versatile and nice looking apparatus. I like it and it is going to be a good help.

I can walk twice as fast and twice as far with this collator as with hiking poles. And I can lift it into my car even though i have shoulder issues.

As someone who switches between a cane and the rollator, having this cane holder is essential, especially for things like travelling on a plane with the rollator. I would give five stars, except the top part of the cane holder can pop off a little too easily. The bottom piece comes with a bit of velcro to help secure it and I wish there were something similar for the top. Thankfully, when I lost that top piece in a cab, Let's Roll got me a replacement immediately. Even if the piece isn't perfect, their customer service is top-notch.

I received my walker in the mail in January 2026. I am enjoying it so much! It came fully assembled…just open the box and start walking. Just so you know, I have muscular dystrophy (MD), and that’s why I need a walker. I can walk 1 to 2 miles without much of a problem, and that’s not bad for an 81 year old woman with MD, I’ve found the walker very maneuverable… and sturdy! (I’ve worn our 3 other walkers in the last 5 years.) What an engineering marvel (especially according to my engineer-husband)! At 10 pounds it's the lightest walker available.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. And if you order one, be sure to get the strap around the back so you can sit down if you need to.

I am delighted with this magic carpet which allows me so much freedom now. As an 87 year teenager, I am now able to do so much more as I can load my beautiful light weight rollator in my car. Please design one with wings so that I can fly. The new name tag spelled correctly is just perfect.

My ByAcre Rollators, I have four, enable me to maintain my ability to remain self sufficient Shopping, traveling, etc. my one complaint is the lack of mechanics who can repair them.

It is a very good quality Rollator for its light weight of below 11 lbs. it folds into a stand alone narrow thickness of a few inches so it is no problem trying to keep it out of the way. Turning radius is small which is great in narrow spaces. It rolls easily. My husband (86 y.o. ) And I (81 y.o.) each have one in different colors. We have not taken our Rollators on a trip yet but plan to.

This is such a useful item to always have on my rollator.
It holds my bag and items when I’m shopping. Recommended highly

My wife has scoliosis and walking with a cane causes back pain almost immediately. She loved to walk distances with our Rhodesian Ridgeback dog but due to pain was unable to do this. Three days ago our Acre Lightweight Carbon Walker arrived promptly after purchasing form Let's Roll Mobility. Before ordering we spoke to the wonderful owners and were given needed detailed info on the product. Almost immediately after her first trial with the walker her pain in the back has gone away while walking. By not having to put pressure on her arm and walking with an even, upright stance, she was able to walk 1.5 miles today without fatigue or back pain. The product is close to a miracle. The instructions included are concise and answer every imaginable question. Kudos to Danish engineering. If any of your friends are in need of walking assistance this product may be the answer. So grateful for the help on deciding which walker to get it’s so perfectly lightweight and moves very smoothly on the ground so comfortable the bag surprisingly fits a lot more than I thought which helps while out and about, getting this is life changing will definitely continue to buy from let’s roll mobility specifically thank you for going beyond helping and even including a name tag and hand written letter for me the company is so sweet I will definitely purchase all my accessories for my walker here and recommend you guys to other people thank youuu so much :)
