Love my little pink walker! So much easier to maneuver and less pressure on my arms. Very easy to close and lift into the car. Highly recommend!

I am not happy with the Overland. I am sure it is in part because of my expectations of it. Despite its weight, it is bulky and difficult to manage. It does not fit in my car easily-though I admit that my car is not large. I think I would be much better suited to an Ultralight. I suppose this means I am stuck selling my Overland on the open market. It has had about .01% of use.

Project cheap, uncomfortable and won’t stay on.

Wow, this is a life-changing mobility device. I had been using another type of rollator about 2 years and it was very helpful in making journeys less scary. I had seen the Overland and recognized it was next level. I participate in an annual week long event held in the woods. Bumping along in a standard rollator, stopping to pull out twigs and leaves while feeling every rock and stick was a major downside. My posture using the Overland is straighter and strides are rock stable. Delivery was swift. The box arrived with all seals broken. Thankfully, it was intact with no damage! I think packaging is an issue of the manufacturer not Let's Roll.

Regarding my recent purchase of a byACRE Carbon Overland Offroad Walker, I find I purchased a wonderful machine from a wonderful team at Let's Roll Mobility. They delivered the walker earlier than promised. When it arrived I had butterflies of anticipation and was not disappointed as everything I ordered was enclosed in one easy to open box. Just yesterday, in a crowded Dr.s office I was able to reduce by width with a little lift of the seat and then it rolled under my seat out of anyone's way. As for me I made a very good choice of a Carbon Overland Offroad Walker from a top notch company whose price point was better than byACRE!

Let's Roll is super family-owned business in Thousand Oaks run by a couple, Amelia and Sam. I first met them several years ago, when I bought an Overland modell from them. At the time, their business was newly established, their having gotten involved because they saw the superior quality of the products when they were looking for the right walker for an elderly relative. The Overland I first bought is the slightly larger byAcre model with larger pneumatic wheels and is roughly 4 pounds heavier than the ultralight, and is designed for use indoors and outdoors. It has been great in every way. In making my selection I talked with both owners - Amelia and Sam. They were super in every way - Patient with me, very well-informed, ready to act promptly, and truly dedicated to customer service. If you're like me, you prefer working with a small family-owned, startup where the energy is vibrant and eager. Amelia and Sam fit the mold. I'll not forget: I finally made a decision on a late Friday afternoon, I asked when they might be able to initiate the shipping and get it out for delivery. Amelia told me that Sam was already packing it up at that moment and would have it to FedEx that afternoon, or arrival the following Monday. Yep! Amazing. More recently, I felt I needed a lighter ultralight that is better suited for indoor activity, though it works fine outside as well. The Overland doesn’t turn quite as quickly, and I was having some trouble scuffing up white doors with its tires. I mainly wanted the lighter-weight model, though, because I have a serious shoulder problem, and lifting it into my car’s cargo hold to transport it was causing me a lot of trouble. As an example of how duty-bound this couple is, I'll share a story Amelia would probably disapprove of. When I first called recently, on a weekend, I was told they weren’t available at that moment because of a medical issue. I called the following Monday morning, and Amelia answered. I expressed concern that it must be Sam who had the medical issue.No, indeed it was Amelia, who had had her appendix removed not more than a day or so before.! Yet here she was on the phone taking care of business! How's that for duty-bound?!! I chose the wide version of the ultralight in oyster white color, which is gorgeous. It may even be a better machine and fit for me than the Overland, but both are terrific.The ultralight is noticeably lighter and easier to load into my cargo hold, and I'm delighted to have them both. But mostly, I'm just so appreciative of the team, Amelia and Sam, who have been so great to work with. If you're looking for top quality walkers and top-notch customer service, don't pass these folks by. Let's Roll Mobility.

The Ultralight is Awesome! It’s unique design is so much less cumbersome & the light weight makes it easier & safer for me to get in/out of car while still being so sturdy! The best is the customer service I received in making my order!

a wide model would be best…

I am sorry for the delay regarding the Protection spray -which you kindly let me try.
After finding a stain remover I wanted to wait for the right outside temperature
to apply the seat protection spray. I waited until I could test it in the rain hoping it would be water repellent however it left water marks.
A few people tried the rollator. -one lady who must have weight 200 pounds sat on it- luckily it held up. I gave her your calling card.
I will apply the Protection spray again hoping that the fabric gets water repellent.

Its good quality but the back wheels extend too far back and i tend to trip over them.

Whew, you do offer replacement elastic travel locks! My byACRE did come with two but I lost one somehow and didn’t want to be without a travel lock backup as I take my walker everywhere! The rollator has made such a huge difference in the quality and safety of my husband’s mobility. We can now feel confident traveling. It looks great and the turn radius is so tight that he can get into small spaces with it rather than leave it parked and walk into small places. It’s great!

The travel case for the carbon ultralight walker is excellent. It traveled beautifully through several airports and protected my walker. I’m very pleased with the quality of my walker is a great accessory.

I looked at this walker for about four years, never was able to see one locally. I finally decided to buy it, and my hips were just too large. They fit, just when you tried to get up all your clothes or pockets got caught. I do need the seat to sit on often so it wasn’t something I could disregard. My weight was well within range, I just didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the seat.

Mom received walker as promised and we are trying it out!
