I just replaced a wheel (I broke it by running it over with our car) on an Ultralight. It took me less than 5 minutes after watching the video on Let’s Roll Mobility’s website. We now have two functioning, indispensable Ultralights. Thank you Sam and Amelia for your prompt and generous support with the new wheel! Tess and Mike
This is actually my second byAcre rollator. I ordered the Overland first, so I could use it effectively on uneven surfaces and trails, rather than be left alone while the rest of my family enjoys nature walks. I then decided that I needed the Ultralight to make it easier to take on flights. I don’t want to rely on airline staff to wheel me to my gate, because they’ve left me stranded a few times. Let’s Roll Mobility is a great company. Both orders were shipped within 24 hours and packaged with the utmost care. They also have wonderful customer service, responding to my questions on the same day.
Nice touch to include 2 handle fittings to allow switching sides with the holder…didn’t get that benefit with my holder for my Overland.
The holder is build to handle a canned drink or a plastic bottle. It is not able to handle larger cup, like from Burger King or MacDonalds without tipping.
Called me back the next day and answered all my questions. Super nice and helpful.
This is the second walker I have purchased. My wife has had one for about 1 1/2 years. I now have to use a walker and did not hesitate to purchase another Ultralight Walker. We love them! Easy to put in and out of our SUV. Easy to take on an airplane. We highly recommend them. Worth every penny.
First of all, I love my Acre walker. It so much easier to get in and out of a car, carry up stairs, etc.
When I had a bolt and nut fall off, They promptly sent me a repair kit with a few extras. More than I would have hoped for.
You may be able to buy Acre through other companies (I don't know for sure), but I'd ignore the others and go with these guys.
Many thanks,
My husband loves the way our Acre Wide maneuvers with turns, and how it makes it possible for him to keep up with others in a group. Only disappointment is he wishes it were just a little bit higher for his 5’7” height. The PT adjusting wanted it to be a little higher than it will go so he doesn’t have to bend his back but be able to stand up straight. We love the color, the ease to drive, the ease to collapse. We will be ordering the cushion for the seat I expect.
I am 91 years young and do not use the walker or a cane, but I realize the time may come and I wanted this lightweight model. So, it is here and sits where I can get it when I am ready. Dealing with you was a pleasure and the walker came as I was told it would be delivered.
Only had it one day. Quick delivery with a personal touch. Easy to unpack. Only issue is the seat area is a bit small. I have a 35 in. waist and sit easily, but get caught with the handles when standing due to my not too large "beer" belly sides. It is a super cool design and rolls easily.
Ramblin Rosie arrived late yesterday afternoon and even though I had already done aqua aerobics and chair yoga I took her for a .75-mile walk. The thing is I gave up walking for exercise because of post walk back, hip and knee pain. This AM I just completed 1 mile. Not a lot but I am starting slow, and I feel great and feel like I can still go do my aqua and yoga class later today! This is a real breakthrough for me. I really vacillated making this decision. I walk without a cane for short distances - grocery etc. and in my home, but I had to honestly admit that I needed help for long distances. Aah but what help? No walks, I did not like that choice. Tried walking sticks which still left me unsteady with a lot of post back and knee pain. So perhaps an Ultralight or should it be an Overland? That was the question. Well for now given my needs and goals the Overland won out, and I am glad it did. It was a really good decision for me. Afterall, it is October and maybe I am obsessed!! I plan to add .25 miles per day to build up to walking the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Walk. Now I feel like I can do it, and I have a seat if I need it!
Brook was absolutely wonderful in helping me with my paint pen for my rollator! She even advised me to watch a YouTube video.she as understanding and helpful in solving my problem.
I now own the UL the Butler and the OL
I’m getting used to the change in weight from the UL but feel even safer and more secure. It’s only been a few days but I’m already falling in love
And… the fact that it comes fully assembled is such a huge plus as at 89 I’m not so adept at putting things together
I am very happy with how quickly I received the product. Delivery was very prompt and in good condition. The walker I like and will be useful for me. Good company to do business with.
will use travel bag for long air flights and cruise to multiple countries. It would be good if bag had stiff sides, espcially where touching the carbon fiber parts. They're too prone to cracking especially with airline baggage crew handling!! Something stiff inside to spread any direct pressure or banging, such as stiff cardboard. I'll try that and include a lot of FRAGILE adhesive tape wrapped around the bag outside! Then cross fingers and pray. Too bad airlines don't allow walkers onboard.
Let’s Roll Mobility is the kind of company you want to deal with. I left a message and they responded to my call immediately. Brooke was so knowledgeable about the Rollator. All my questions were answered. Ordered on a Friday and got it on Tuesday. As soon as I took it out of the box, I fell in love with it. It’s so sleek and lightweight. I am exchanging it for the wider one. Brooke helped me through the return and exchange process! It’s not in stock so we’ll have to wait till I get it. But it’s worth waiting for I am so happy with this Acre Rollator and Let’s Roll Mobility!
Not too big and not too small. Will hold a large purse if you don’t feel like carrying it and even a folded cane or umbrella. A few essentials at the grocery store if needed. A bit expensive but fits my UL nicely and carries a seat cushion with me to the dialysis.center where I have to sit in one position for several hours. Happy with purchase.
Had both 3 and 4 wheelers before. Never felt satisfied or safe. The Acorn ultralight feels safer. It’s lighter, easier to maneuver and manage. Reversed handles helps better posture. Hidden brake wires looks less “handicapped “.
I just received my third rollator from let’s roll mobility which makes 2 ultralights and 1 overland. I keep 1 ultralight in my car for errands, etc., the overland is for walking outside, and the second ultralight is for using inside the house. They are well designed, lightweight, easy to fold and unfold and get in and out of the car. I love that you can pull up on the seat to make it narrower when you need to get through a smaller space. The customer service from let’s roll mobility is excellent. Sam, Amelia, and Brooke are very helpful and will go above and beyond to get you the rollator that you need.
I bought a 3 pack of your “Let’s Roll” and they are unusable as they are too small and do not stretch enough. I am disappointed.
Hi Barbara,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
The travel locks are tight 'out of the box' but will become looser over time as they are used.
Please contact us if you need support.
