having trouble unscrewing the holder holder. milo
So far I’m well pleased with my ultralight Rollator. I’m still getting used to a Rollator in general, trying not to lean so much that my arms and shoulders are strained. But I think I’m getting there.
What I appreciate it most about the Rollator is that I can store near the door, and carry it down the stairs easy enough with one hand on the banister and my other hand carrying it. It’s quite easy to unfold and fold up again before and after my walk. I wish it were slightly wider, but it’s better than the Rollator that I have in that regard. I like that I can walk sort of inside it, although I noticed I’m sometimes hitting the seat with my legs, but that might be a good signal that I’m getting my stride right. The brakes are very good but I hardly ever use them, so far. I’ve tried to put them on a little going down driveways into the street and I think that can work but I haven’t quite got the hang of it. The foot button to get it over the hill seems to work pretty well but I prefer to sort of lifted over the curb I’m going up. We’ll see about that. It has the most amazing turn quality that’s so smooth and elegant it feels almost like a miracle technical achievement. I have serious balance problems but so far it feels like it keeps me very stable. I believe I’m gonna get to love the thing and it will become a pal. It loads nicely into the trunk of the car. I really appreciate the company that sold it to me, “let’s roll mobility” for their lifetime warranty, and their reputation for good service, and they’re being a Family business.
Very sturdy material. But it’s a handful trying to stuff it into the travel bag. I fully collapsed the handles but it was really a struggle to get it in. I can’t imagine how this is going to transpire when I’m standing in the jetway and trying to manhandle it into the bag.
Hi Steven. Thanks for the review. It does get easier with practice. Here are some useful tips we have picked up - https://letsrollmobility.com/pages/byacre-accessories-installation-guides#travel-bag
The bag is really nice for those trips that require something extra to hold you belongings while out and about sight seeing or just going to a show, restaurant or movie
I recently ordered the Byacre Carbon Overland rollator and I am very pleased with my purchase! I did a lot of research before deciding on the Overland and Sam even called me shortly after I placed the order to make sure that the Overland is the correct model for me.
The rollator arrived very quickly after ordering and was ready to go right out of the box! The Overland is perfect for bumpy trails and I can't wait to take it out for more adventures. Thanks Let's Roll Mobility!
It is a pleasure to have you as a customer, DB.
Wrench smench - it’s the service that makes you great.
The rollator is light, attractive and easy to manage. It works quite well on Alexandria’s brick sidewalks. Hoping I use it as much as I should and want to. Great service from the company.
The kit was super and most complete, even with an unexpected T25 screwdriver.
Dear Sam and Amelia
Thank you so much for getting us the rollator in time to take down to Mexico, and also your sweet note. My father in law was very happy with it and is using it a lot.
Best wishes
I had to replace the brake cable on the left side of my Ultralite, ordered the part, received the cable after 5 days, and found that when one of the parts had been molded that a small "blob" of material had been left on the opening that the end of the new cable had to go thru to attach to the handle grip. We are talking millimeters here and after trying to get the end thru I gave up and grabbed my Swiss files and with a couple of strokes removed the offending blockage. Problem solved and 15 minutes later it was all done and back together.
A note with instructions would have been great and made the take apart much easier especially the feeding of the cable back in. I had all the tools to accomplish this disassemble/assemble but some might not have them. I could do a repair now in 30 minutes and charge $100+ for it.

Just took my Ultralight rollator out of the box, adjusted the height, and went walking. Let’s Roll Mobility customer service is outstanding like you would expect from a family owned business. They helped me choose the right size and accessories, assembled it including loctite on the screws (no wobbling), installed my seat back, and shipped it out ASAP. It’s sturdy but so lightweight I can easily get it in and out of the car with no help. It glides along quietly, turns so easily and the “step inside the frame” design keeps me walking upright. I was hesitant to get a walker but using a cane was a lot of work and wasn’t offering the support I needed for my hip. This walker doesn’t look “medical” but is a well-built set of wheels I need to stay independent.
I recently purchased the ultralight Acre walker from Let’s Roll Mobility. It comes fully assembled if you order it with the backseat. Their customer service has been fantastic. They have responded to my questions quickly even on weekends. So far I’ve been extremely happy with this mobility aid. I have only been using it in my home so far since I just had a knee replacement. I purchased this particular model at the recommendation of another user who highly recommended it after her knee replacement. Both of us travel and the travel cover is quite handy and the unit is easy to lift. I also purchased the cupholder the cane holder and a couple of the utility bags. All of them are well-made and easy to attach. You do have to take off the back seat strap when you put the unit into the cover, but it’s quite easy to take on & off.
Not being able to try one out in person, I was hesitant but a call with Amelia shed so much light on the difference between a byAcre and a normal rollator. I was concerned that at 5', I'd be to short for the Overland but the ergonomics are such that it is much more comfortable and so much easier to use. That combined with the big tires means I have more access to the outdoors now. Amelia also helped me gather the information I need to submit a claim for insurance. I really appreciate this small business.
Bad service
Dear Mary,
Thank you for your review, and I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. Our backrest return policy is clearly stated on both the product page and our returns policy page prior to purchase, which is why we're unable to accept your return. We understand this isn't the outcome you hoped for, but we try hard to make this clear to our customers prior to purchase.
Sincerely,
Amelia
I’m an 80 year old who installed this back rest myself. However I had help by using a thin layer of lubricant to assist me and U-Tube. U-Tube has installers that help by showing how to install it.
I need to try taking it with me in the car before I review it. The 14 lbs feels heavy to me. (A first impression). Otherwise. around the house, smooth and quiet with no lifting necessary.
Sorry. I ordered this when I ordered the regular ultralight rollator. Unforltuinatelu, i returner it for the wide track model. Consequently, i need to exchange what I received. Please advise me. Thank you.
After purchasing the Overland (OL) Rollator, t needed to have my hands free to carry stuff. The only and obvious addition was the mesh Grocery Shopping Bag. It installed very easy, carries my tablet, a few groceries, and of course the Travel Bag. It folds easy when I put my OL behind the driver's seat and just looks great. I strongly recommend everyone get this accessory. It is far superior to the included small bag that comes in the box.
The compact walker I bought is PERFECT. It is more handy for me than the regular size and It zips around in our house with me. When I go to a place with escalators I can even just fold it and walk it up the stairs. I love it. Thanks

I recently purchased the byACRE OVERLAND Rollator. Every time I go out in the public I am the ROLLATOR envy of everyone who is never seen such a device. It's like I'm driving a Lamborghini. I immediately purchased the Padded Backrest and the mesh Grocery Bag to add a touch of "lipstick" on this beautiful device. The red visible logo on the backrest is that "lipstick". Both accessories truly complement each other. The padded backrest is very comfortable. Be advised however, that the YouTube "University" installation videos are dated, as a new backrest has a hinged clasp. It does take some firm pressure to snap it on. That's to be expected so it will not accidentally become dislodged from the frame. The Mesh Bag is easy to carry such things as a Tablet, cell phone, or other small items. I would strongly recommend anyone who has a byACRE Rollator to consider purchasing both of these items. These items shipped immediately after I placed my order. Let's Roll Mobility is the epitome of what customer service should be.
I loved the grocery bag. It was easy to attach it to the ACRE rollator. For the the many people who need directions on how to attach the grocery bag, perhaps simple directions might help.
I bought the rollator for my husband who will have balance issues forever with both ankles containing steel rods. He calls it his 2nd best girlfriend and named her Betsy. He could be a ambassador for rollator because he cannot help but extol your virtues to anyone and everyone.
