The rollator has made such a huge difference in the quality and safety of my husband’s mobility. We can now feel confident traveling. It looks great and the turn radius is so tight that he can get into small spaces with it rather than leave it parked and walk into small places. It’s great!

The travel case for the carbon ultralight walker is excellent. It traveled beautifully through several airports and protected my walker. I’m very pleased with the quality of my walker is a great accessory.

Thank you so much, Let;s Roll Mobility, for all the help--and especially the helpful guidance and advice--in finding the perfect rollator for a 5'1" 104-pound senior who had been hunting fruitlessly among all those heavy, unwieldy wheeled walkers on the market for something her small self could manage! Amanda fielded so many calls with questions from me and my daughter, and even kindly put a brief weekend hold on the last little red one in stock at the moment that I'd fallen in love with while I got medical clearance for it from my doctor.
My order was shipped practically as soon as I finalized it--and that was even with my last-minute request for a backrest (best installed in-shop). A later order for a couple of items I realized I'd need (like touchup paint and a cane holder) had all of an overnight turnaround.
It was--and is-- so refreshing to be working with a small family business when so much commerce these days is with big box and online stores. Let's Roll Mobility was even able to fine-tune and personalize some of the information offered on the byACRE website for a better fit for me. And my order came with a personal family note thanking me for my business. How often do you see that anymore?

Since it was under the 2 year warranty, I got the parts for free, plus shipping.
The customer service is excellent. I was able to actually talk with someone about the issues and getting the parts was really fast.
