Warranty
Our Scotchgard™ Fabric Protector treatment is professionally applied to before shipment to help protect eligible fabric surfaces from everyday spills and stains. While the treatment is designed to enhance stain and moisture resistance, it does not make fabrics stain-proof or waterproof and does not prevent normal wear, fading, abrasion, or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, or environmental conditions.
Because the effectiveness of fabric protection varies based on usage, exposure, and maintenance, the Scotchgard™ Fabric Protector treatment itself is not covered under a separate warranty and does not extend or modify the manufacturer's warranty on your rollator.
We recommend promptly cleaning spills and following the manufacturer's care instructions to help maximize the longevity of the treatment and the appearance of your mobility device.

We ship accessories using the United States Postal Service. The only exception to that is if the accessory is purchased with a walker, they will then be added to the walker's box and shipped via UPS.

byACRE rollators aren't covered by insurance directly, but Let's Roll Mobility will work with our customers to reclaim the purchase from the insurance company (e.g., Medicare, Blue Cross, etc.). We then provide the customer with an official invoice suited for the insurance company. The customer then submits that to their insurance company for reimbursement/partial reimbursement (assuming the insurance company has agreed to cover it).
We do also accept Health Savings (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) as payment.
