Wonderful service! I had ordered screws and washers and screwdriver in case I ever needed to repair or replace one on my new ultra light and new overland. Also ordered the paint tube in case I needed to ever cover some scratched. Sam called me to see why I was ordering the screws. Wondered if I had a problem. When I explained my reasoning, he offered to send me the service kit free of charge. I was so thankful and impressed with the concern and follow up. I am very happy I ordered my rollators through that company.

I have not received the paint and have no way of tracking my order either!

Sorry you are having issues. We did email you USPS tracking details to the email address you provided on your order. The tracking details were provided to you an hour after you placed your order.

We just checked those tracking details and it looks like your parcel has been stuck in Kansas for three days now.

We will keep an eye on it. If it gets lost, we will send you a replacement touch-up pen.

byACRE rollators aren't covered by insurance directly, but Let's Roll Mobility will work with our customers to reclaim the purchase from the insurance company (e.g., Medicare, Blue Cross, etc.). We then provide the customer with an official invoice suited for the insurance company. The customer then submits that to their insurance company for reimbursement/partial reimbursement (assuming the insurance company has agreed to cover it).

We do also accept Health Savings (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) as payment.

  • You would be dealing with a trustworthy family business who care.
  • We offer free shipping and it ships the same day if you order before 3pm (PT).
  • Legitimacy of manufacturer's warranty - All of our walkers are brand new.
  • The backrest is notoriously difficult to fit, which is why we install it for free for our customers before shipping.
  • We add extra Loctite® to each nut on the rollator to reduce the chance of them coming loose over its life.
  • You avoid the risk of receiving a previously returned rollator that could have defects and missing items.
