Description
Keep your rollator seat looking clean and fresh with our easy-to-apply fabric protection spray. Specially formulated for the heavy-duty upholstery used on rollator seats, it creates an invisible barrier that repels liquid spills before they have a chance to soak in.
Simply spray an even, generous, coat across the seat fabric, allow it to cure, and enjoy up to six months of protection. It's the ideal solution for anyone who wants to keep their rollator seat in great condition with minimal effort.
How to Apply
Applying the spray is straightforward and takes just a few minutes:
- Hold the can approximately 6 inches from the seat and spray in a back-and-forth motion, fully dampening the fabric
- Wait at least 12 hours between coats (24 hours in temperatures below 65°F)
- Test that the coating has cured by sprinkling a little water — it's ready when the water beads on the surface
- Apply a second coat if full coverage wasn't achieved
- Wipe any overspray from the rollator frame
We recommend applying the spray outdoors to avoid any unintended overspray on surrounding surfaces.
How Long Does It Last?
The protection lasts approximately six months, depending on how frequently the seat is used. Check the seat periodically and reapply if you notice any areas where the repellent effect has worn off.
What Does It Protect Against?
The spray is designed primarily to repel liquid stains. It will also help ease the cleaning of oily stains and dirt marks by providing an initial repellent layer, though it cannot guarantee these will leave no trace.
When a spill does occur, clean it as quickly as possible — lightly dab the liquid rather than scrubbing, to avoid pushing it further into the fibres.
Ingredients & Safety
The spray is made from pure Silica (SiO2), a natural substance found in sand and quartz, suspended in a water-based, eco-friendly formula. It is completely free from:
- PFAS (including PFOA, PFOS, PFCs and Fluorocarbons)
- GenX, Parabens, sulphates and phosphates
- Petrochemicals, chlorine, soap and alcohol
- Dyes and fragrance
The product is non-toxic, unscented, and UV stable, meaning it won't break down in sunlight, though it does not protect against colour fade.

byACRE rollators aren't covered by insurance directly, but Let's Roll Mobility will work with our customers to reclaim the purchase from the insurance company (e.g., Medicare, Blue Cross, etc.). We then provide the customer with an official invoice suited for the insurance company. The customer then submits that to their insurance company for reimbursement/partial reimbursement (assuming the insurance company has agreed to cover it).
We do also accept Health Savings (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) as payment.
