Good service, parts not so.

I ordered the little elastic band that holds the rollator closed when folded. It can snap off and get lost so I needed a new one. The parts ordered do not function as the original. It is one large loop as opposed to the double loop original. As a result it will not stay on and gets lost.

Life changing

There are so many good things to say about the Acre rollaters. I own one for the house (smaller wheels) and one for my walks. I have gone from 300-400 steps to 3000-4000 steps most of which come from a morning walk with the rollater. Great thoughtful product which is easy to manage and draws interest from others.

byACRE rollators aren't covered by insurance directly, but Let's Roll Mobility will work with our customers to reclaim the purchase from the insurance company (e.g., Medicare, Blue Cross, etc.). We then provide the customer with an official invoice suited for the insurance company. The customer then submits that to their insurance company for reimbursement/partial reimbursement (assuming the insurance company has agreed to cover it).

We do also accept Health Savings (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) as payment.
