For purchases of just the backrest, we recommend ensuring you have installation support ready, as these specialized accessories require technical assembly. byACRE rollators aren't covered by insurance directly, but Let's Roll Mobility will work with our customers to reclaim the purchase from the insurance company (e.g., Medicare, Blue Cross, etc.). We then provide the customer with an official invoice suited for the insurance company. The customer then submits that to their insurance company for reimbursement/partial reimbursement (assuming the insurance company has agreed to cover it).

We do also accept Health Savings (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) as payment.

  • You would be dealing with a trustworthy family business who care.
  • We offer free shipping and it ships the same day if you order before 3pm (PT).
  • Legitimacy of manufacturer's warranty - All of our walkers are brand new.
  • The backrest is notoriously difficult to fit, which is why we install it for free for our customers before shipping.
  • We add extra Loctite® to each nut on the rollator to reduce the chance of them coming loose over its life.
  • You avoid the risk of receiving a previously returned rollator that could have defects and missing items.
