Carbon Ultralight cup holder

I was able to install the cup holder with no problem. But when I added the cup holder to the rollator I never heard a click. Is that a problem? By the way, I love my rollator. 👍

Hi Mary Jo,

You should feel a 'positive' click when you attach the cup holder to the adapter on the handle. The cup holder will still pivot around the adapter when it is in place.

Cup holder

I have found this cupholder to be very tippy and unstable. I have had trouble finding a water bottle that works for it. Do you have any suggestions? Very disappointing to pay $45 for a cupholder and not have it work well. I am using it on my byAcre Rollator. Your assistance would be very much appreciated.

byACRE rollators aren't covered by insurance directly, but Let's Roll Mobility will work with our customers to reclaim the purchase from the insurance company (e.g., Medicare, Blue Cross, etc.). We then provide the customer with an official invoice suited for the insurance company. The customer then submits that to their insurance company for reimbursement/partial reimbursement (assuming the insurance company has agreed to cover it).

We do also accept Health Savings (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) as payment.
