Unboxing you Rollator

ATTENTION, please read the following thoroughly before unboxing your rollator:

We are so happy that you have purchased a byACRE rollator with Let's Roll Mobility and thank you sincerely for being our customer.

Although we hope you unbox your items and are thrilled with them, in case you need to return due to sizing or change of mind during our two-week return window upon arrival, here is a guide on how you should proceed with opening to keep the rollator in brand-new, resellable condition and not risk your full refund (apart from return shipping costs).

Unboxing Your New Rollator

Step 1 - Remove Loose Items

Carefully remove items such as the personally addressed envelope containing your user manual and other paperwork as well as any accessories you have purchased.

Please open your envelope but do NOT rip or tear the user manual open. It is sealed with a sticker and can easily be resealed if you will not be keeping your rollator.

It is best to check the rollator is right for you before doing anything else, so with that in mind we don't recommend opening any accessories at this time.

Step 2 - Unbox Your Rollator

With the foam wrapping intact, lift the rollator from the box and take it out of the covering, then slip off the wheel cover.

TIP: Place both coverings folded back in the box until you have made your decision for safe keeping.

Step 3 - Test Carefully

The rollator comes ready to use, no assembly required. You just need to unfold the rollator and adjust the handles to the suitable height (see below for a video tutorial on each rollator).

Should they be present, please don't remove any tags attached to the rollator until you are sure it is going to be your faithful companion. Please be mindful not to stain, scratch or damage the rollator during this trial period.

Step 4 - Finally

We are sure you'll love your rollator. In that case, feel free to open any accessories you have purchased and begin enjoying your newfound freedom and joy.

If for any reason you are not happy and need to return it, please follow the steps below.


Returning Your Rollator

Step 1 - Pack Your Rollator

Place your rollator back into the box. These are the key things to look out for:

  1. Ensure both handles are placed in their lowest position.
  2. Make sure the foam protector for the wheels is placed on one of them. It is important to do this otherwise the forks of the wheels knock together and will cause damage to the rollator when in transit.
  3. Ensure the instruction folders, organizer bag, travel lock and any accessories are placed back into the box.

Step 2 - Contact Us

Using the contact us page (click here), please let us know you are returning the rollator. We will then email you a pre-paid postage label for you to print out and stick to the box.

Step 3 - Return

Print out the pre-paid label from step 2 and attach it to the box. Drop off your rollator at the relevant shipping company.

Step 4 - Refund

Once the rollator is received back with us, we will inspect it and refund you as soon as it passes the inspection process.
