This sleek modern looking walker is changing my life. Before it, I had trouble walking 100 yards. After 5 walks, I’m up to 3/4 of a mile. I’m very pleased and excited

Well, what can I say? I am certainly happy with my By ACRE Carbon Ultralight Walker. I ordered the Strawberry Red/ Wide with backrest. It was shipped COMPLETELY assembled so all I had to do was open the box and unfold. It not only looks cool, it's smooth mobility is super. I just scoot along where I want to go with the lightness of air it seems. To fold and put in the trunk of my car is a breeze because of its 10 pound capability. Did I mention it also looks pretty spiffy? People do look and stare and some even are bold enough to ask what it is. I tell them it's my "Red Baron." They just look at me then smile. It really is more than a cut above the other walkers that is for sure. The founders of Let's Roll Mobility, Sam and Amelia, could not have more courteous throughout my purchase. The personal attention is so rare these days; there was certainly no shortage of that when I purchased my walker. A few weeks after I received my roller, I ordered the Weekend bag that I use for any books and other personal carry-ons. I can just easily attach and dis-attach whenever I need to. So, after all in said and done, I admit I really do enjoy tooling around in my Ultralight Walker. Did I mention it also looks pretty spiffy?

I am thrilled with my Acme rollator and the service provided by Let’s Roll❣️ Arrived quickly, nicely packaged. Two very minor issues: there was a missing tool (for tightening or loosening brakes), and i can’t get the handles up to the top 5th hole. I intend to see if a male friend can help. All in all, i am delighted and very satisfied.

When our blue regular size Rollator byACRE arrived, the box simply opened and released this amazing light smooth moving walk about vehicle ready to roll!! WOW, talk about light weight and moves about with ease! My husband, 93 and only 81 year old me found it perfect for our needs! He scoots along doing re-con on it at the grocery store and I follow with the basket. We received a lovely personal thank you note from Amelia and Sam which made our purchase even more meaningful. THIS walk about Rollator is simply THE BEST! Thank you.

Easily attached, just what I needed.

I ordered the travel bag with my byAcre because Let's Roll Mobility was delivering my Overland to me at my son's, and I would be flying home transcontinentally. Thank goodness I did, and that I watched byAcre's video (linked above) a couple of times ahead of receiving them, and understood how to put the Overland in the bag, which I find easy to do.

Lay the bag out so the zipper is on the top, unzip, and open the top flap to the side. Lay the inner flap in the center out to the side, orient the walker so the rear wheels are in the bulbous end; lay it into the bag, then put the flap between the front wheels, fasten the velcro which holds the flap in place, and zip the bag. Easy peasy.

Unfortunately, everybody, including my husband, who had not watched the video, wanted to do it for me, didn't want to listen to the woman in the airport wheelchair (a good example of ableism), and not only did not find it easy, but still didn't want to listen to me. Eventually, I was able to get them to pay attention to what I was saying, and it went in smoothly and easily. So, just beware that anybody traveling with you should at least know that you do know the correct technique to put the walker in the bag, if not how to do it themselves. Better yet, ask them to watch and listen, then return demonstrate to you how it's done. I'd also suggest holding onto the bag until you've made it clear to any helpers that it's important that they listen to you and follow your directions because they're likely to struggle with it otherwise. My other tip is to hold the bagged rollator in your lap, partially between your legs when in a transport wheelchair.

All of that said, my Overland came through its two flights totally unscathed, in perfect condition, and I highly recommend getting the bag. It helps keep the rollator from opening, keeps it as compact as possible (good for the carrier, as well as you and your byAcre), protects the surface, and also makes it a lot easier to carry, either with the strap or without. (Note that it's easier to carry with the strap if you have the base toward the bottom, and helpers pick it up wrong side up.)

Love it very stable

I’ve been a lifelong cane user and have been wrestling for a while with the idea of getting a rollator for days when I need more support. It wasn’t until I saw a friend’s By Acre Ultralight that I seriously considered it. What sold me was the color and the weight. I needed something that I could carry myself up and down subway steps and no other rollator has passed that test. A little narrow for sear for a slim man

I ordered the Ultra light (wide) and I am very pleased. It fits me well even though I’m wide myself. The light weight makes all the difference in getting around in different situations. After years of restricted walking due to pain and a more recent complicated knee surgery, I am now free to get around as I wish. I don’t view my rollator as showing disability but as actually increasing my ability.

My husband has had Parkinson’s for over 10 years and just recently his gait and balance has been affected. The Byacre Carbon light rollator is amazing: he feels natural in it, he can walk steady, and the design of it ticks off all the boxes needed to assist him— as extension not just a rollator! I just received the ultralight Rollator and I couldn't be more pleased. First of all they sent it to me all the way across the US on time in four days. My wife walks much better with it. She no longer has fear of falling. It's lightweight and quite fashionable. A big thank you to Amelia and Sam.
