Review of my new lightweight acre Rollator. What a
Treasure!

My journey to discovering and using a ByAcre Overland started on an August day in 2025, four months before this photo was taken. But I wasn't smiling that day. It's one of our favorite trails on the California coast. But a traumatic hip injury in 2024 that led to a series of complications, left me constantly afraid of falling. So instead of looking out at the ocean, I had to keep my eyes down to make sure nothing was going to trip me up. Also the effort to keep myself balanced hurts my back.
I had to find a device that would work on all kinds of terrain, if I ever was going to enjoy hiking and travel again. While still at the trailhead that day, I pounded search terms into my phone. ByAcre came up. Not only that but it turns out Let's Roll Mobility is located near our home. Like it was meant to be.
At my appointment Amelia was really helpful showing me how to walk with it. My body and mind soon knew it is what I needed. After a few minutes it felt like it was part of me. I got an OK from my physical therapist who had never seen the product and was impressed.
Since then, I've navigated with it on cinder paths, dirt trails, boardwalks, grass, gravel, inclines, the torn up sidewalks of New Orleans. I use it at night in low light areas. I roll it through airports and check it at the cabin door in its carrying case. It folds up easily and fits in our mid-size SUV.
And on Thanksgiving Day 2025, as this photo shows, I returned to that trail that had me so frustrated, but this time I was strolling along enjoying the view with our dogs. I felt such joy at walking at a normal pace. I have never fallen using the ByAcre or even felt like I would fall. And I like that I can stand upright while using it, not bent over like most walkers.
I wouldn't mind if the brakes gripped more evenly going downhill. But it's not been a big problem for me. Also insurance declined to reimburse me for any of the cost. But I it is well worth what we paid. And Let's Roll Mobility offered service a big online retailer could never match. So far it's needed no repairs but know Let's Roll would be there should I need that.

Had the opportunity to see this product on a recent cruise. Many passengers were using them. Only praise from them all! That is why I decided to purchase one. Easy to use, easy to place in the car. Well made. My husband was an engineer. I know about quality design. Well done!

Happy with kit. Bought so i can properly maintain rollator. Wish it came in a pouch instead of plastic bag.

I love my new rollator! I took it out for a spin yesterday and found that I could walk without pain for a longer time period (bad back, ankle). It's cute too! I felt like I was walking very straight and upright. My chiropractor was worried that I'd end up hunching over a walker. I feel like it's kinda not noticeable? Of course, the rose is ultra fashionable too! Thanks for your prompt service!

The whole process from start to finish easy and professional plus an excellent product.

For quite some time my husband has used a cain, but it had become more difficult for him. I was able to convince him to get the rollator and within a few hours of use, he was completely sold on it.

Wonderful walker. It is everything I expected and MORE. The ease of walking with this was great. Am 91 yrs old and can pick it up with no problem. Extra benefit-put my dinner on the seat and it became my mini table
